Holidays: Employees receive a $50 bonus upon completion of 850 hours of service for each of the following holidays, provided they work both the day before and the day after the holiday.
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (4th of July)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Vacation: Employees receive a $300 vacation bonus upon completion of 1,300 hours of service.

Weekly Payroll: Payroll periods are Monday through Sunday. Upon return of timecards by Monday at 5 PM, checks are available for pickup Friday at noon. All checks not picked up by day's end are mailed.
Direct Deposit: We will deposit your weekly payroll directly into the checking / savings account(s) you designate.
Cash Bonuses:
- Client Referral ($25 upon client utilizing 40 hours of temporary service)
- Temp Referral ($25 when a Temp refers a candidate that works 40 hours)
- Direct-Hire Referral ($100 to Temp who refers a candidate placed direct-hire after 90-day guarantee)
401(k) Plan: Eligible after one (1) year of temporary employment. Enrollment dates are July 1st or January 1st, whichever comes first after one year anniversary. Employees must work a minimum of 1,000 hours per calendar year.
Profit Share / 401(k) Match: Employees are eligible upon the completion of two (2) years of temporary employment, working a minimum of 1,000 hours each year. Entry dates are July 1st or January 1st, whichever comes first after reaching two year anniversary. Employer contribution is discretionary and varies from year to year. Additionally, Boly:Welch may make a discretionary 401(k) match at year-end. To be eligible for profit share contribution and/or 401(k) match employees must be employed with Boly:Welch as of December 31.
