Direct-Hire

The placement fee is based upon a percentage of the candidate's annual salary.  You will have access to the entire candidate pool and are covered by our exclusive guarantee.  In the event that your direct-hire began as a Boly:Welch temporary, a credit for each day worked will be discounted from your fee.

 

Temporary

Temporary placements are a significant part of our business and we apply the same commitment to excellence filling temporary assignments as we do to full-time placements.  We select the most appropriate candidates for your staffing needs at the most competitive bill rates which include the candidate salary, recruiting and insurance expenses and overhead costs.  Boly:Welch becomes the employer with all associated responsibilities and liabilities, we pay our temps on a weekly basis and bill you accordingly.

 

Temp-to-Hire

Clients often wish to ‘temp’ a candidate on our payroll for 520 hours.  Once this option is selected we begin to track applicable hours, and bill rates are subject to adjustment at this time.  Upon completion of 520 hours, the candidate is transferred to your payroll at no further cost. The trial period functions as guarantee for the placement.

Buy-Out

Clients may ‘buy-out’ a contracted Temp-to-Hire, exercising this option at any point within the 520 hour period.  Payment covers the gross margin dollars which Boly:Welch would have incurred had the candidate continued on our payroll for the full period of time. The candidate becomes available for immediate transfer to the client’s payroll.  Again, the trial period functions as placement guarantee.

Boly:Welch has developed a staffing option that includes a unique off-site staffing model, designed to support your recruiting needs on a short or long-term basis.  Our Virtual Staffing Services provide a core group of experienced recruiters to interview and screen for your specific positions from remote locations.  Built around our robust in-house server and MS Office Suites, our full range of services includes advertising, screening, recruiting, interviewing and reference checking all off-site, while maintaining full and on-going communication with your Human Resources or departmental managers.
