It's all in the process - finding just the right fit is a rigorous job.  More than a resume, an interview, skills testing or even references - value comes from every step in the triage process.  We go beyond the resume, investing time to truly understand a candidate and their potential fit across a variety of jobs through data-gathering tools including behavioral interviews, tutorials, skills evaluations, and references.

Ultimately, the most important element in this process is the personal interview in which we form an impression of the prospective candidate.  What does this person expect out of a job?  Care about?  Want out of life?  What do they see as the best fit for their next move?  These questions are critical to making a match because hiring an employee is a little like getting married: unless everyone is happy, no one is going to be happy.  Our job is to find the ‘best fit’ for both client and candidates and a long-term match.
