Direct-Hire:
Our clients pay a placement fee based upon a percentage of the candidate's full-time annual salary. The advantage - you have access to the largest possible candidate pool and are covered by our comprehensive 12 month prorated replacement guarantee that offers 100% protection for the first 90 days. All guarantees and credits are based on standard fee schedules and payment terms.
Temp-to-Hire:
This alternative allows clients to ‘Temp’ a candidate on the Boly:Welch payroll for 520 hours. With this hiring option, clients have access to our Temporary Applicant Pool only. Once a client has indicated the intent to move forward with at Temp-to-Hire, we will begin to track the applicable hours. Markups and bill rates are subject to adjustment at this time. At the completion of 520 hours, the candidate will transfer to the client payroll at no further cost. No guarantee accompanies the Temp-to-Hire option as the trial period functions as guarantee for the placement.
Buy-Out:
This choice allows clients to ‘buy out’ a contracted Temp-to-Hire and may be exercised at any point within the 520 hour period. Payment for this option includes the gross margin which Boly:Welch would have incurred had the candidate continued on our payroll for the full Temp-to-Hire period. The candidate becomes immediately available for transfer to the client’s payroll. No guarantee period accompanies the Buy-Out option.
