As a Boly:Welch candidate of record, you are eligible to receive a bonus for each candidate you have personally recruited once they have worked the required guarantee period for Direct-Hire placement or they have worked 40 hours on temporary assignments with Boly:Welch. This bonus program is self-monitored (i.e. it is your responsibility to complete and return the short form). Must submit to timecards@bolywelch.com within the first six months of Direct-Hire or temporary placement.

____ Direct-Hire Placement - bonus is $100.00 after the referred candidate has worked through the guarantee period and full payment has been received from the client.

____ Temporary Assignment – bonus is $25.00 after the referred candidate has worked 40 hours as a Boly:Welch temporary employee.
