Diane's early career in social work proved a solid platform from which to springboard strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills into her chosen field of recruiting. She spent the next five years with Dunhill, Murphy Symonds & Stowell and Office Careers prior to striking out with partner Pat Welch in 1986 to found Boly:Welch. Over the course of 22+ years Diane and Pat have grown Boly:Welch Recruiting to it's current size of 25 employees and six divisions encompassing Accounting + Finance, Office, Legal, HR, Information Technology and Marketing. Kim Rasmussen - Account Executive BS, Liberal Studies with a focus in Psychology and Sociology, Oregon State University and (CPC) Certified Personnel Consultant. Background strengths include Sales and Office Management. Kim joined Boly:Welch in 2006 and was quickly promoted to Direct-Hire recruiter within the Office Division. Recent searches include Office Management, Executive and Administrative Assistants, Property Management Assistants, and Receptionists. Roxanne Rotticci - Account Executive University of Texas, El Paso and (CPC) Certified Personnel Consultant. Roxanne joined Boly:Welch in 1996 after a decade of successful placements and regional management at two well known recruiting firms.
