Established, Pacific Northwest construction company is seeking a devoted professional to take on the many tasks of this highly responsible role. Your 1-2+ years of reception and general office support experience along with basic bookkeeping skills will be fully utilized in helping this small office flow smoothly. Handle everything from answering and directing calls, copying and sorting documents, routing incoming mail, mailing bills, contracts, policies, and invoices, as well as completing banking transactions.
