Dana Jennifer Jane Katie Jane Decker - Temporary Staffing Coordinator - BA, English and (CTS) Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist. Joined Boly:Welch in 2003, moving to Temp Staffing Coordinator in 2004 supporting various industries and disciplines. Current Temporary placements focus on both Administrative and Accounting opportunities with a special interest in education, and non-profit sectors. What we love - Her instincts on candidate fit!
Jennifer Lind - Temporary Staffing Coordinator - (CTS) Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist. Educated and trained to teach high school English, Jen finds great satisfaction helping candidates find meaningful and quality Temporary placements. After joining the Boly:Welch family in 2001, she became a Temporary Staffing Coordinator in 2003. Current placements focus on all levels of Administrative, Accounting, A/P, A/R, Data Entry and Human Resources opportunities with a focus in medical and non-profit sectors. Katie O'Rear - Temporary Staffing Coordinator - BS, Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, (CTS) Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist. After joining Boly:Welch in 2006 with responsibility for sourcing and candidate outreach, she became a part of the Temp department in 2007. Current placements focus on Payroll Specialists, Loan Processing Assistants, Loan Closers / Funders, IT Help Desk Support, Customer Service Reps, Human Resources and Event Support. What we love - Her Fearlessness! Dana Joseph - Area Director - Portland Region. University of Montana with certifications in sales and leadership from Miller Heiman and Ken Blanchard respectively. Seven years of recruitment and business development in Seattle as Area VP with one of the nation’s leading recruitment agencies brings depth to her management of the Temporary Services Division. She will guide the design and implementation of best practices as they continue to build the strong business relationships so critical to the success of our Temporary Division. Focus opportunities will continue to mirror our core business units in Accounting + Finance, Office, Legal, Human Resources, Information Technology and Marketing.
