Brittney Tara Gwen Pat Gwen Butler - Account Executive BA, Speech Communications, University of Washington and (CPC) Certified Personnel Consultant. Joined Boly:Welch in 2005 after fifteen successful years of marketing, sales and recruiting experience with a global staffing agency in Washington state. Adding to her strong placement history across all areas of Legal support she supports client needs for Lateral Attorneys, Corporate Counsel and Contract Attorneys. Gwen recently published "Employment Trends in the Portland Metro Area", in HEARSAY, The newsletter of the Pacific NW Paralegal Association. She sits on the Advisory Council of the Paralegal program at Portland Community College. Brittney Rerecich - Account Executive BA, Asian Studies, University of Oregon and (CPC) Certified Personnel Consultant. After eight years of staffing industry experience in Seattle, joined B:W Legal in 2005 bringing additional depth with her focus on Temporary and Direct-Hire Legal placements to this growing division. Pat Welch - Partner BA, Film Studies, Boston University and (CPC) Certified Personnel Consultant. Pat founded Boly:Welch with partner Diane Boly in 1986. Focused on Direct-Hire placements in Legal and Adminstrative / Office environments, they soon responded to client demands for Temporary candidates. Over the course of 22+ years the two have grown Boly:Welch Recruiting to it's current size, with 25 employees and six divisions encompassing Accounting + Finance, Office, Legal, Human Resources, Information Technology and Marketing disciplines. Today Pat leads the B:W Legal team helping clients and candidates find best-fit matches. Tara Williamson - Legal Assistant B.A., Cross-Cultural Studies, Simpson University, studied at Oxford University Tara joined Boly:Welch Recruiting in 2007 as the first point of contact at our busy reception desk. Her passion for sustainable business and community were the foundation of her role as Sustainabilty Coordinator at Boly:Welch. Through her leadership, the company has developed strategies and purchasing policies that have enabled us to move towards sustainability while enhancing the value we bring to our clients, candidates and our employees.
