Meet Carie
Carie Strahorn - Account Executive BS, Social Science and MS, Industrial and Labor Relations, University of Oregon. Carie joined Boly:Welch in 2005, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience within business, on volunteer boards and in community service organizations to the company. She jump-started her career at locally owned ESCO Corporation in Human Resources where she worked five years before moving to Boise Cascade Paper, where she spent 15 years in HR, Marketing and Sales. Re-entering the workforce after a seven year hiatus focused on family and community service, Carie's current role balances HR recruitment with oversight for company messaging and community partnerships. Strahorn drives client and candidate outreach programs and develops strategic and tactical direction for growth across all divisions. Over twenty-five years of HR connections in the Portland Metro community brings strong knowledge of the discipline and a network of connections with local HR professionals. Searches have included Directors of HR, Human Resource Managers, Benefit Specialists, Director of Compensation, Recruiters, HRIS professionals, Employee Relations and more.
