Our client was growing past the 50 employee mark and operating out of multiple locations when the VP of Operations had the insight to recognize the potential risk of moving forward without HR consultation.
He inquired about either an interim solution or a part-time HR Director to help support a variety of HR implementation and process tasks. Our solution was to provide them with a long-term, project-based HR Consultant with experience in small to mid-sized organizations in similar stages of growth. Early tasks for the consultant included the creation of an employee handbook; development of personnel data retrieval systems; performance management program design, implementation and accompanying metrics along with miscellaneous projects.
