As a Boly:Welch candidate of record, you are eligible to receive a bonus for each candidate you have personally recruited once they have worked the required guarantee period for Direct-Hire placement or they have worked 40 hours on Temporary assignments with Boly:Welch.

This bonus program is self-monitored (i.e. it is your responsibility to complete and return the short form to Boly:Welch accounting).
