We want to hear from you and hope that you've had a good experience with us. That said, we recognize that there are times when we can't help everyone. Across good times and bad, we've always tried our best to balance client and candidate needs. Candidate referrals account for almost 50% of our placements - satisfied folks who tell others about their experience with us. And although we honestly want to place everyone that comes our way, it's just not possible. What we can guarantee however, is that we will listen and give you a direct response on our ability to help you in your search. We may not have a job for you today or next week, but it's likely that over time, your strong skills will find their way to a new opportunity through our connections.
So, connect with us for better or worse - we'll have a conversation if you feel we have not met our commitment to you. We're in this for the long haul - twenty-two years and counting.
We'd love to hear from you. Tell us your thoughts. connect@bolywelch.com
Happy New Year! I have just passed my one year anniversary in my new job, and I wanted to pass along a tremendous sense of gratitude to you. Thank you for believing in me and most especially knowing me with regard to job placement better than I know myself. Thank you for pushing me to give this company a chance. I waited month after month for the “honeymoon period” to go away and the reality which normally sets in about two months after you start at a new place of employment to occur. After a year, this still has not happened. I am continually so proud and thankful to be with a firm that is professional but personal, a firm which holds its core values to be one of the most important aspects of doing business, a firm in which people at all levels are happy and pleasant to deal with, a firm which values community service, diversity, and the fact that without any one of us the “machine” does not work, and a firm which rewards performance and loyalty, both verbally and materially. I believe I have finally found a firm in which I can grow & learn & which will still be around when I decide my working years are through.

Good morning! I just wanted to send a “Thank You” for taking the time to interview me and set up the job interview. I was a little skeptical but you took the time to interview with me and give me helpful hints and care. That means a lot and whether this position comes through or not, I feel good about the experience with you and your company. Staffing agencies can be great, but I have worked with a couple that just want to throw bodies into a position. Thank you for being so much more than that. I went home feeling good after my interview with you and again after the job interview. The job itself does matter. I want you to know that your representation of the company you work for tells me that you believe in the work you do and that you sincerely care. There are some agencies out there that can learn a lot from you.

Thank you so much for providing me with this new opportunity. I was stuck in a rut for awhile and with your support, dedication, and guidance I was able to get my foot in the door. I hope to keep in contact with you and will refer you to any of my friends who need a little help as well. I will do my best and will take everything I learn to explore, grow, and establish myself. Thanks for getting me started!

You have given me several ideas that are certain to help me streamline my job search and find work more quickly. I really liked how straightforward and clear your advice is. Your enthusiasm for helping others is fantastic. I really appreciate your input. I was impressed with your vision of how a resume should be designed, including the implementation of core competencies and emphasis on key skills in a more concise format. Thanks also for the advice about changing the cover letter into a shorter document.
