Ever since Diane Boly and Pat Welch opened the doors in ’86, we’ve been making connections with the area’s best employers and talent. OUR COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS 2006 marked a milestone for Boly:Welch with our 20-year anniversary as a successful Portland business. The foundations of that success stem from within the community where we live, work and prosper and we wanted to say ‘thank you’ to the organizations who daily build the connections so necessary for a healthy, vibrant and livable workplace. To celebrate the milestone, we developed a model for our community giving involving partnerships, volunteerism and financial giving. This program called Celebrating Community Connections passes along a percentage of our perm fees to organizations that provide ongoing education and support for at-risk populations in the Portland / Vancouver metropolitan area.
