You are eligible to receive a bonus for each candidate you have personally recruited once they have worked the required guarantee period for permanent placement or they have worked 40 hours on temporary assignments with Boly:Welch.

This bonus program is self-monitored (i.e. it is your responsibility to complete and return the short form to Boly:Welch accounting).

____ Permanent Placement - bonus is $100.00 after the referred candidate has worked through the guarantee period and full payment has been received from the client.

____ Temporary Assignment – bonus is $25.00 after the referred candidate has worked 40 hours as a Boly:Welch temporary employee.

____ Job of the Week - $500-1000 to new candidates who register and are placed in an advertised Job of the Week.  Receive your ‘Congratulations Bonus’ on your one year anniversary and after full payment has been received from the client. See details on link.
